Product Description
Bizalion’s vinaigrette is made from organic olive oil, red wine vinegar, smooth mustard from Dijon, salt & cracked pepper. It is very dense and so can be diluted with any of our oils, there is no reason to refrigerate. Our family-recipe is handmade with organic olive oil from Spain, red wine vinegar, mustard from France, sea salt and black pepper. It is emulsed to a paste and can be expanded if desired with any of our olive oils. It’s shelf stable.

Suggested Use
Vinaigrette is primarily used on salad and vegetable dressing. It’s also applied and brushed on meat and game for either bbq or braised dishes. One simple and fun way to use vinaigrette consists in cutting an avocado in half, discard the pit and replace it with vinaigrette.

Notes: Acidic, peppery, spicy
