Can I pick up my Bizalion's EVOO in-person?
If you are traveling through the Berkshires in Western Massachusetts, feel free to visit Bizalion's Fine Food marketplace in Great Barrington to sample and pick up a bottle or two of your favorite Bizalion's EVOO. Before visiting, please check our hours of operation. Bring your empty bottles as we offer discounts for refills at our store. We recommend washing your glass bottles in a dishwasher.
How should I store my Bizalion's EVOO?
Store Bizalion's EVOO at a cool, stable temperature (55°F to 60°F / 13°C to 15°C), away from stoves, ovens, and direct sunlight. To preserve its quality, keep it in a dark, cool pantry or cupboard, and always ensure the bottle is tightly sealed to prevent oxidation.

Bizalion's sources and purveys its premium extra virgin olive oils directly from small, family-run olive farmers in regions bordering the Mediterranean Sea, all dedicated to ethical and sustainable agriculture. Our current EVOO comes from the following locations:
