Product Description
Olive trees growing on volcanic ground on the foothills of Mount Etna. Owned and operated by Maria Grazia, an agronomist raised and educated in Sicily. A thousand trees yield any given year three to four tons of organic olive oil, as well as crops of lemons and oranges interspersed with olive trees. Undergrowth of clove, wild fennel and thyme. Unfiltered oil similar to freshly pressed orange juice with the buoyancy of pulp. This olive oil is as pure as mountain air.
