Every other month, over the course of 6 months (3 deliveries), you’ll receive two different extra virgin olive oils,, carefully selected by us, each in a 750 ml (25.4 fl. oz) bottle, for a total of 6 bottles. If a specific extra virgin olive oil is unavailable, we will substitute it with a comparable, high-quality alternative to ensure you continue to receive an exceptional experience. The ideal amount for two people who cook most of their meals at home.

Significant sun exposure and frequent winds, keeping harmful insects (bactrocera olea) at large. Top-rated organic extra virgin olive oil by customers. Gold and silver medalist olive oil at the annual Salon International de l'Agriculture de Paris. Short distance from Jean-François’ birth place.

Biodynamic, Demeter recognition (strictest standard for organic agriculture worldwide). Among the best extra virgin olive oil in Portugal (97 points, Flos Oleic) using sustainable agriculture practice. Dual-family operation since 2000, located in Alentejo, south east of Lisbon. Olive tree groves through one hundred acres of hills, fertile grounds abundant in clove and thyme and wild flowers. Milling is done on premises, thus shortening time between harvest and extraction.

Olive trees growing on volcanic ground on the foothills of Mount Etna. Owned and operated by Maria Grazia, an agronomist raised and educated in Sicily. A thousand trees yield any given year three to four tons of organic olive oil, as well as crops of lemons and oranges interspersed with olive trees. Undergrowth of clove, wild fennel and thyme. Unfiltered oil similar to freshly pressed orange juice with the buoyancy of pulp. This olive oil is as pure as mountain air.
